@Robby: the pic on the right should give you a good hint.
Level 18: Line 1 is the lock. Line 3 has the key. Line 2 and source code will tell you how to turn the key. And no..it does not have anything to do with jews.
Got 16th .....:) .. but mod i am still confused with the ans... as eric was reading the newspaper in his hotel with the news of A... C...... but if you go on newyork times archives, date of ans is no where close to the ans... to be exact it was impossible to have A... C...... on that day newspaper.....
personally I feel level 16 was kind of childish.... why should i go on a wild goose chase for that church and plaque..... better wld have been a logical deduction from the story.... whatever now stuck @ 18 :(
@mod nothing u ve given till nw helped.. it all leads to bizarre directions posting this after exhausting a lot of possibilities!! :( give somthing other than wat u ve already given...i.e. an independent clue (we've been trying to catch our own tail all the tym) so som new perspective plz
@mods: great one.. Some questions were sitters while some where too good..liked the last one the connection.. and the story was superbly framed. Hats off!!
@AD yeah i don't think so.. not above @ any rate..robby.. what AD said .. think about the event.. she opened something she should not have.. along with everything else also came a redeeming factor!
some levels were great some levels were too elementary 14 and 19 should be 2 and 3... i loved 15 18 was great after the hint 11 was good too 16 was bad.. u cannot expect that answer after telling a story which happened in 2010 in previous levels... but we won so lakhon gunha maaf :)
got the answer now. Was in the hunt till the end. Congo Life is a cruel joke. Top 20 finish none the less
@mods feedback the difficulty level was very arbit. 2 was really difficult, 14 19 were really easy. 17 was again a bit arbit and WTF was L-18??? cryptic clue, cryptic clue, cryptic clue, cryptic clue, really REALLY OBVIOUS hint. And since 19 and 20 were so easy that refreshing this page often enough might have just won you the event.
Unfortunately lost internet connection at the last question but already few people had crossed when i reached, so no regrets....had fun playing, roamed around streets of new york, lost my sleep and hunger... also felt glad to help if someone benefited from it..thanks
